1. Service Agreement
By booking a service appointment with BugaDrive, you agree to these terms. Our services include engine diagnostics, transmission repair, suspension checks, and general maintenance.
2. Booking & Cancellation
- Appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting contact@bugadrive.sbs
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a 25% service fee
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Invoices will be provided with itemized service details.
4. Liability & Warranty
BugaDrive performs all work with professional care. Standard repairs include a 12-month warranty on parts and labor. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
5. Vehicle Security
Customers assume responsibility for valuables left in vehicles. BugaDrive takes reasonable security measures but is not liable for theft or damage to personal items.
6. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect only essential information for service delivery and contact purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through formal communication. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to applicable German consumer protection authorities.
8. Changes to Terms
BugaDrive reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes are effective upon publication on our website.
